HOW WILL I GET MY READING?All readings are pre-recorded and sent to your email in a private YouTube link within 48 hrs. after we receive your email and payment, or *24 hrs if you order an Emergency Reading. You will receive an email confirmation after we receive your email and payment.

HOW LONG DOES EACH READING SESSION TAKE?Readings are 30 or 60 minutes depending on the reading you choose to order.

HOW DO I ORDER A READING?It's easy to order a reading! 1. Fill out the form on our website and we will get back to you. You can also click the "Order Reading" button below the reading you want to order and you will be redirected to our email. 2. Pay for your reading using PayPal. Our paypal link will be sent to you once we receive your request to order a reading.

CAN I CANCEL MY READING OR GET A REFUND?We have a no cancellation/no refund policy. *In the rare event we experience technical difficulties on our end we will send you a refund for the exact amount you paid.
